近日，中留服发布了《关于暂停更新“新加坡私立教育机构认证范围”的公告》。
这一消息引发了广泛关注。不少同学和家长都有疑虑，公告发布，是否意味着辛辛苦苦取得的新加坡私立大学文凭将不再被认可？
今天，小编带大家详细了解一下具体是怎么一回事。
01 CPE与SSG的关系
根据最新公告，由于新加坡对私立学校的管理部门也就是原先的私立教育理事会（CPE）于2024年10月1日正式解散，相关职能已终止，并转移至新加坡精深技能发展局（SSG），在此期间，中留服将暂停更新“新加坡私立教育机构认证范围”。
公告中出现的这两所机构究竟是什么呢？
新加坡精深技能发展局
新加坡精深技能发展局（SkillsFuture Singapore，简称SSG）自2016年起隶属于新加坡教育部，致力于推动新加坡的终身学习和技能提升，确保国家的教育与培训系统始终保持高标准。
新加坡私立教育理事会
新加坡私立教育理事会（Council for Private Education，简称CPE）成立于2009年，负责根据《私立教育法令》监管新加坡的私立教育机构。
2016年，CPE并入SSG，成为其下属机构，且原本由CPE执行的管理职责也由SSG接管。随着2024年10月1日CPE的正式解散，SSG将直接负责行使《私立教育法案》及其附属立法中规定的职能和权力，省去了中间环节。
不过，这一管理体制的调整，会间接影响中留服的认证范围。
02 暂停更新≠暂停认证
根据中留服公告，此次暂停更新的仅是新加坡私立教育机构的认证范围，而非暂停对这些学校的学历认证。换句话说，已经在中留服认证名单中的学校依然会受到认证。例如，新加坡管理学院（SIM）和詹姆斯库克大学新加坡校区等仍然被认可。此次暂停更新的措施，仅对新加入认证范围的院校或课程产生影响，不会影响现有名单中的学校及其合作项目。
因此，已经在新加坡知名私立大学学习的同学，不必过于担心。中留服与新加坡方面的沟通仍在进行中，相信不久就能恢复更新认证的范围。
03 如何选择新加坡的私立大学
随着新加坡政府不断完善私立教育机构的监管机制和质量保障体系，目前有多类私立教育机构及其文凭已纳入中留服的认证范围
